Frederic Klein - Line Producer
Frederic began working in the service industry when he moved to NYC in 2013, where his first job was putting tiny burgers from metal plates onto paper plates. Wanting to learn to bartend but not having an opportunity, he became a bar tool after his shifts ended. The laments at last call quickly bothered his friends enough that they found him his opportunity, if only to shut him up. Three years and a bartending job later, he graduated from Columbia University with an MPA and he looks forward to once again becoming a bar tool at 4am.
Scott Mason – Director / Producer
A bartender by night and fine artist by day was Scotts original lot in life. At least as far as New York was concerned. Tired of bad tippers and grinding pigments he hung up his stirrers and brushes and picked up a clip board. Since doing so he has produced the feature documentary A LIGHT IN THE DARK, the webseries BREW AGE and the history channel pilot BEER GUTS AND GLORY as well as countless tech and event videos. He is also the creator of TOMBESTONELAND, coming soon.
He will film for beer.
Claudia de Latour - Creator / Writer
Claudia She received her training as an actor at The Actors Centre in Sydney, Australia. Since being in New York she has appeared in a number of plays and films, including THE REVIVAL (Theatre Row), MISSED CONNECTIONS (The Neighborhood Playhouse) and MERCURY FUR (The Tank). She made her writing debut with the indie film A NATURAL DISASTER which will be making its way around the festival circuit soon. As is the case with many actors in New York she has spent a fair amount of time bartending and is thrilled to be collaborating with everyone involved in BAR TOOLS.
Evan Quinn - Director of Photography / Editor
A graduate of the New York Film Academy, Evan has been filming and drinking in NY for years now. He shoots, cuts, and always tips.
Always looking for a new project or a drinking buddy... not necessarily in that order.
Jeremy Protz - Field Audio Engineer
Jeremy's dream was to work in TV and film since he was a teen and it's been quite a ride. Sound Man extraordinaire who has worked on jobs from A to Z at locations around the world.
When he's not recording sound on set, you can find him at a craft brewery casually sippin' suds.
